Please note that Non-Refundable bookings cannot be refunded and it's not possible to change dates for a Non-Refundable booking.

However, we understand that there are exceptional circumstances. 
It is generally only the passing of an immediate family member that is approved by hotels but we recommend to contact us in any case of cancellation request made before the check in date.
In case of a non show or cancellation after the check in date, 100% cancellation fee apply.
Please note that any waiving requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a refund is not guaranteed.
