If the cancellation policy of your booking doesn't allow cancellation free of charge or is non-refundable, you will not get refund.

Refunds can tak up to 30 buisness days. Didn't get refund?

The cancellation policy is shown at each stage of the booking process and on your booking confirmation.

Please note that non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
